The impossibility of acquiring a property in the suburbs on prime land with flood free building sites and a large paddock was pretty daunting. We had been coveting the property for several years. Doug has great local knowledge of the area and was patient and supportive as we went through the process of getting organised enough to be able to make what we hoped would be a competitive bid.
