As a purchaser, I mainly dealt with Simon. I felt really comfortable with Simon, which is not what I can say for many other agents I have dealt with in the past. His 'what you see is what you get attitude' was quite refreshing. He has been thorough and straightforward throughout the whole process, before and after the auction. He has been very accommodating with viewings of the house and always more than happy to answer any questions, or liaise with the sellers when necessary to obtain answers. My overall experience in dealing with Simon and Harcourts in general, has been very positive.
