Straightforward and honest communication

The experience selling my house with Drew and the team at Beaucott was seamless, simple and overall very positive. I was happy with the final sale price that Drew negotiated and mostly really appreciated his honest and straightforward way of communicating throughout the process. Drew always responded to any extra questions and clarification needed and it felt like they all genuinely cared and weren't just after the sale/money. He took the time to list my house a few years prior, meeting with me to gather the information, installing the advertisment board on my property and including it in emails etc. When my situation changed and I decided not to sell at that time, Drew didn't charge me anything for the time he'd spent, simply asking that I list with him if anything changed in the future. When I finally did decide to sell recently, I was living overseas. Drew sorted out the whole process and nothing was too much effort. He also coordinated trades to complete the work that needed to be done on the house, taking a huge weight and trouble off myself trying to manage that remotely! The trades were also competitively priced and provided quality workmanship (Thanks to Frank and Guy for a great job as well). Drew was casual and easy to deal while also being extremely knowledgable, patient and professional throughout the process. Thanks team Beaucott for a great experience!
