We put our unit up for sale at a time when the market was down. It was definitely a buyer's market. Drew was realistic about this, but not discouraging. In the end we managed to sell our unit after only about three months. The price we got was a good 10% more than another real estate agent had quoted. All the way along Drew kept us posted with clear, succinct explanations of what was happening. When we had questions he was always accessible. We never had to wait long for him to get back to us if he was busy. And he always seemed to have his finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. Probably best of all is that he always did what he said he would. If he promised something he would always do it. We never felt that he was overpromising or making excuses. In short we would thoroughly recommend Drew and his company. He provided a real service, and helped us to do something that we could never have done ourselves - sell our property at a good price with a minimum of stress.
