From the first point of contact I was impressed. I messaged via facebook on a saturday night (not expecting to hear back until the monday at least), but Drew replied within 5 minutes! From that point on, every change no matter how big or small was communicated to me by Drew. It took a bit to get my place listed in the beginning as Drew and Toni had gone through and suggested a few things I should touch up to increase sellability. So waiting on trades held me up a bit and I moved interstate in the meantime. But once everything was touched up, it was advertised on social media the Thursday night, open house on the Saturday morning, and by Saturday afternoon I had received and accepted an off….at asking price!
