Drew and his team made purchasing a house in Alice Springs stress free! Due to Covid we were unable to view in person but that didn't stop Drew ensuring we had multiple video calls and viewings. He even made sure the garden was maintained between settlement date until we could actually move in almost 3 weeks later. We had been looking online from interstate to move back to Alice for a number of months. We had contacted Drew to let him know our situation, and he was on the phone to us as soon as any property that fit the bill came onto the market. He was the only agent, out of the 4 agencies we contacted, that kept in touch with us during our transition time of moving from Melbourne to Alice, and when we finally arrived in town, he had lined up a number of properties for us to look at. He is warm, friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with as a buyer. He and Toni make an unstoppable team and are dedicated to finding the absolute right property for their clients (while pleasing their vendors). No questions were too difficult and the communication was top notch. We have bought and sold a number of times, in Alice and interstate, and our experience with Drew has been the best, bar none.

Buying a property from interstate during an international pandemic is exactly the easiest thing, but somehow Drew actually made the whole process more seamless and stress free than any other real estate agent I have dealt with (I have purchased one other home and rented over 6 different properties in the last 10 years). He had thorough knowledge of the area and the property, and was able to answer any questions we had of him. He was extremely dedicated during the whole process, and went out of his way to check how we were going and update us on anything that was occurring with the property no matter how minor. Even when I arrived in the NT from QLD, went into quarantine and the house had officially settled, Drew actively sought to make sure everything was easy for me, including feeding the duck and chickens that came with the property until I was able to be released from quarantine and offering to drop me off anything I needed even though his job was done. If I ever need to sell or rent out my property in Alice Springs, I will definitely be seeking Drew or his wife Toni out to undertake the process. I've honestly never had such a thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is simple and easy.
