I would absolutely recommend Drew to sell your property, it's not just his enthusiasm for what he does but the lengths he goes to like turning up with food and drinks for the photo shoot and then sitting around chatting over a couple of beers afterwards. Combined with his incredible wife Louisa who runs the magazine they make quite a team. We didn't make the magazine as our property sold in less than a week for well above asking price. We commissioned Drew to sell our property as he was the most knowledgeable local bloke around. I asked my wife, Lyn, if we should sell and move closer to the kids and she said yes it would be a good idea. I contacted Drew, who sold us the place three years earlier, and shocked Lyn by saying Drew wanted an inspection the next day. The house was spotless by the time the buyers arrived (as Lynnie stayed up late putting the finishing touches on everything as a house proud woman does).
