Daune and his team was very prompt and professional. They achieved outstanding result.
Duane, with the assistance of Rebecca, made the selling process as stress free as it could be. Duane is professional, reliable and is in constant communication throughout the selling process leaving you fully informed the whole way along. We valued his market knowledge and the consistent feedback throughout the process. I would highly recommend the team at Hunter Estate Agents if you’re looking at selling.
I spent some time deliberating over who would be the best real estate agent to sell my property and at the end of the day couldn't be happier in my choice of Hunter Real Estate. I found Duane to be easy to talk to. Duane and his team were professional and supportive of selling my home of fifty years. The lines of communication were always excellent and I appreciate Duane's honest and down to earth approach. I know I chose the right man for the job. Thank you sincerely Duane and thank your great team too. John Keran
Duane and his team at Hunter Estate Agents really did an outstanding job in selling our home of 32 years and achieve the result we were hoping for. All the advice that we were given was spot on – from the selling options and implications; the price range we could expect; on styling and presenting our home; the whole marketing campaign; managing the open for inspections and the clear verbal and written feedback from each; through to getting Vic Lorusso to run the auction so well. We were very pleased that we went with a local agent who not only knows our area so well, who made the whole process relatively painless, and made sure that we were comfortable with every decision along the way. Overall could not have asked for more! So, it’s a huge thankyou to Hunter Estate Agents from us - we could not recommend anyone more highly! Warwick and Shirley Phillips
As is often the case, we called the local agent that we knew and had dealt with before when we were thinking of selling. But this time, we also called two other, (unknown to us) agents so we could get a good cross section of opinion on our property. We are SO happy we did, as this was how we met Duane from Hunter Real Estate. We signed 3 separate 'open' sale agreements with all three agents and basically said, "may the best man and price win". We hit the jackpot with Duane. He was professional, courteous and diligent. I was kept informed every step of the way during our ridiculously quick decision to sell. And unbelievably, Duane had us a result we were extremely happy with within in 2 weeks without even going to market, or spending one cent on advertising. I can't recommend Duane and his team highly enough. Our solicitor, was also pleased to see that Duane was our selling agent, telling us, from their legal point of view, he has always been extremely professional and easy to deal with. A great team, a great result, we would highly recommend them to anyone selling a property.
What are our major concerns working with an agent: 1. Share the market information just in time; 2. Helpful communications between vendor and buyer as well as the solicitors of both sides; 3. Practical solution based on actual situation; 4. Hard and efficient work to the happy ending. These are exactly what we would like to introduce Duane Hunter to the others. Thanks for all you done.
Duane has been most informative in keeping us abreast over the selling of our house.
We were very happy with Duane. He did great job and delivered for us. We definitely will recommend him to our friends.
Duane and the team at Hunter real estate have been fantastic to work with during my current purchase of our new home. They were very personable and reliable letting me know about inspection/auction times and keeping me up to date with any changes. I would highly recommend them as a team.
After purchasing a property which was listed through this agent I was asked to write a review. I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate agents in the area as I was looking at purchasing a home in the Elanora Heights area for some time. Comparing to other agents I would definitely not use or recommend this agent. As a result if I go to sell or lease my property in the future I would use another agent.
Exceptional service from Duane and his outstanding team, from the initial consultation, to the outcome of a sale after only three weeks at above price guide. Duane is a true gentleman- never pushy, just calm and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble, even 9am Sunday morning viewings- over and above what we expected. Extremely knowledgeable about the local market, he guided us confidently through many decisions we had to make. More importantly, he listened. As relatively novice sellers in the Australian market, we can only say how he helped us to navigate through the process and achieved a terrific outcome for all parties. Dr Lesley & David Halliday
