I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate agents in the area as I was looking at purchasing a home in the Elanora Heights area for some time. WOW! What a team ! Duane Hunter, you and your team have literally changed the life that will see out my years. We thought selling our house was going to be the most stressful experience and we were dreading it ! However this was entirely not the case. For anyone looking to sell their house l cannot recommend Hunter Estate Agents more. You did so much for me and my family and l am eternally grateful. I’m still amazed by the result. $261,000 over my already hopeful Reserve Price was truly astounding. I saw the recent comparable sales in my street and surrounding area and nothing indicated this was at all possible. My home was un-renovated, empty and not styled as many are. It was a raw and honest home with lovely filtered views of lake and ocean. A home I had built and lived in since the early 50’s. Duane had 10 registered bidders on the day. Numerous bidders tried up til $1.575M. It finally came down to 2 parties both fighting, determined to own it. It was so exciting to hear the back and forth of these bidders-they continued with a further 35 bids between them to the impressive end result of $1,711,000. The combination of Duane, his great Sales entourage and his enthusiastic Auctioneer now allows me to have a life wanting for nothing.
