When my mother lost her husband after 25 years, real estate agents suddenly merged on her like vultures. When told she had probate to get through, a majority of them left her a card and simply asked her to call them when she was ready to sell. My mother had over inflated expectations about the eventual sale price of her beloved home, but sense prevailed, especially when Duane managed to get through a record number of potential buyers through the property, in excess of 110 groups over the 4 week auction campaign. He organized so much prior to, during and even after contracts were exchanged. His dedication to assist us has been astounding and greatly appreciated. I would easily claim to have him as a friend and wholeheartedly recommend his as an agent unparalleled in any state! (I've had a lot to deal with real estate agents in the past). And when he needed to be relentless in getting the house sold, that was when his true salesmanship colours revealed themselves. My mother never felt pressured to sell for less than her imagined gold mine figure. She came to understand that the market dictates the price. And reassuringly, she came to her own realisation about that. Select no one else, this agent is genuine and he backs the seller 100%. And we are now backing him 100% in return. As an end note, Courtenay is an efficient gem and an asset to his team as well.
