Duncan and team – we just wanted to say a huge “Thank you” for all your great support and guidance on the sale of our house. We have lived in Erskineville for 8 years, love the area and our home so this was a very big and emotional decision we had to make. Over the past 4 years we had been wrestling with the idea of whether to sell or renovate and through these uncertain times Duncan had always been there in a very supportive and non- forceful manner. Through our numerous interactions we found Duncan to be very knowledgeable, experienced and considered in his approach. When we finally decided to go ahead with the sale, we were confident that Duncan genuinely cared and would provide us with the best outcome. The marketing team were very helpful ensuring the advertising of the house was managed smoothly with very little effort from our side.
