This was the first time I have sold one of my properties in Geelong. Duncan was very accommodating with my views and little understanding of selling property. The house itself was in poor condition and needed some maintenance done however due to circumstances I didn't have the time or resources to do so. We received some very low offers however Duncan still managed to fulfill on his promise and sell the property at the initial price I wanted.
