Riley recently sold my rental house for me. It was something of a difficult sale, due to damages done by the tenants when they vacated with coordinating repairs and showing people through the house etc. Riley and the girls at Ray White were very helpful and kept me well informed throughout. I work away for long periods of time and Riley was also very good with organising yard maintenance and house cleaning when required. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again should I be looking to buy or sell more property.

When first inspecting the house, Riley gave us the space to have a good look through. When offers commenced, Riley kept in touch with us the whole process, even though the banks were taking forever to process, Riley was extremely patient. Once all settled, Riley was prompt with the keys and happy to accommodate us with times and dates. Extremely happy with the service and would recommend Riley when purchasing a house.
