Paul met with us to discuss his marketing strategy and commission. The tenant was moving out, so Paul negotiated with her for the least intrusion. The first and only inspection drew a number of bidders. Paul encouraged the highest bidder to increase her offer to one that we were very happy with and arranged 30 day settlement.
