Paul came to me by knocking on my door in the middle of the day. He had just sold a house in my street and its price far exceeded any price previously acheived. Unusually I invited him in. Paul has a great attitude and I would not let him be led by what I thought. Based on his acheivement in the area he surprised me in the 1st instance by his strategy and pricing for our home and to do things we had not considered. I decided he was the salesman I wanted.
