Having never purchased land or built a house before I have had a great experience with Rash. He was always available to provide me with information when I had questions, chat with the builder while things were progressing, and ensure the seller was comfortable to provide an extension on my settlement date. There were moments when I was getting somewhat stressed by the process taking so long (not on his part) and Rash was able to provide the reassurance that it was normal, and not to worry. Im soon to settle on my land, and I couldn't be happier. So a big thanks to Rash (and his team) for helping me take such a big step.
