In the complicated and daunting time of buying our first home there were people who helped us feel totally comfortable, informed and up to date with this process, this was not our experience with Rash. After being repetitively contacted by Rash and his fellow colleges during our interest of the property all emails, calls or updates ceased after the offer was accepted. This was fine, until it became clear there was a communication problem with our settlement agent, our bank who were trying to perform valuation and us. Due to this tardiness we were only made aware of additional fees that are usually added to the loan 30 minutes before settlement. Paying out of pocket an addition $1000. This could have completely derailed settlement, and we do not understand why he would jeopardises a sale in this manner. Over all I would not recommend a man who couldn't even bother to reply to your formal loan approval email with an acknowledgement that he received it.
Rash is well experienced and has a good knowledge as a real estate agent. He is very professional and always gave us feedback of potential buyers who came for the property. He made the entire process very smooth and hassle free. I will recommend him to any buyers or sellers
