When I met with Andrew I had a tall list of requirements in the home we were seeking, chief among them being an 'off market' property due to competition hotting up amongst buyers. We weren't expecting him to tick every box but to his credit and our delight he knocked it out of the park and we are now proud owners of a gem of a home that will suit our young family to a tee for several years to come. His assistance with negotiations between the parties was excellent also. From a prospective buyers point of view I would highly recommend Andrew.
