Very easy going and will bend over backwards to help as requested. very much the epitome of a true professional. We purchased the new house through Ming and Tracy and due to the experience, we had with them, we have asked them to handle the sale of our primary property. Would highly recommend anyone to contact Ming in regard to either buying or selling as she will excel in either area.

Ming and Tracey were professional, personable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Erica and I would highly recommend Ming. No wonder she’s the best apartment seller in Cleveland.

We just purchased a property, Ming was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge of the property and her passion for her client (seller) was felt throughout the process. Ming knew we were relocating to the area as first home buyers and provided us with all the relevant information needed for a smooth settlement. Exceptional Service and a high Standard of professionalism. Thank you, Ming.

Ming is fantastic to work with. She made selling our home stress free and simple right from the start. We really appreciated her enthusiasm and professionalism in getting the marketing perfect, following up with potential buyers and finally getting pen to paper. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell, and would personally work with her again. Thanks Ming.

Ming was very friendly and communicated in a very professional manner. She sent many emails to inform us of each open day.

We have owned a property company for nearly 30 yrs and is indeed rare to come across a real estate agent like Ming Body. Her tenacity, professionalism and unrelenting pursuit to bring all parties together is unparalleled. Without Ming I doubt we wouldn't have gone the distance. Thank you Ming. Happy with the service and presentation.

Ming Body has been from the beginning a very easy and helpful agent in the selling of our property. Her marketing and presentation was of a very high standard We cannot thank her enough for the quick sale of our unit. We would highly recommend her to anyone to achieve your best price

We had been looking for a suitable residence in Raby Bay for some time. During the course of our endeavours we came to hear of Ming Body and her excellent reputation as a Real Estate Agent in the Redlands district. We reached out to Ming and she was able to provide us with an off-market opportunity for our forever home. We fell in love with the house and we must say with the assistance of Ming the negotiation was a very straightforward and stress-free process. So, when it came to listing our existing property for sale we had no hesitation in appointing Ming as our sales agent. Even though our existing property was not in the Redlands district we felt confident in Ming’s ability to achieve a great outcome. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to secure a contract on our existing property in 2-weeks at a price that exceeded our expectations. Once again with the assistance of Ming the negotiation process was seamless. Ming’s market knowledge, professional approach and easy manner were outstanding. We would also like to give a big shout out to Ming’s assistant Tracey. We were impressed with her excellent communication during the purchase and sale process, nothing was too much trouble and she was a delight to interact with. We thoroughly recommend team Ming. They are awesome. Thank you.

Ming was very professional and kept us updated on the whole process, the property sold on the first show house, we would recommend her to anyone.
