Dylan was selling my mother's unit for myself and my sister. Dylan was very interested in what was achievable and was correct with how much we could get at the end of the day and wasn't pushy when it came to choosing who we would sell my mother's unit. His communication was fantastic, he kept us informed all the way from when there was an offer or if anyone was interested.
