Dylan was great to deal with, my only misgivings was the way it ended in a blind auction. IN the end I had no option than to put my faith in Dylan's word. Obviously I did decide to trust Dylan, but when you've extended yourself and gone over budget there is always going to be a nagging doubt when there was no transparency. I paid $326,000 more based on nothing but the word of a real estate agent, which is something most people would likely advise against. In this situation if it is possible to convene and online auction then nothing would be lost to the vendor and it would be much fairer for the prospective buyers. Thanks
