As a first home buyer with no experience in the market, i found Dylan to be very informative and willing to put up with all of my questions. Dylan was very responsive and allowed us to get all the negotiations out of the way within a day. I also found him very accommodating with any inspections i had requested to make and was willing to work around my schedule.
Dylan was able to sell our property in Lawson to a moderate standard. Originally the property was evaluated much higher then the price he was able to achieve. Often there was breakdown in communication throughout the process. Dylan on an occasion would forget to list open home times and required a healthy reminder 2 days out from a listed open home. At the closure of the deal I had to push Dylan to get the deal closed. Dylan sold the home but we were disappointed with the result as we were constantly assured by Dylan and the team that he was still going to achieve the original evaluation.
