I cannot speak too highly of Dynieka's professionalism and market knowledge during the process. Dynieka delivered on all of her advice and my expectations both on the process, sale time and sale price. Dynieka was efficient and prompt in returning calls and advice provided accurate. I have no hesitation in recommending Dynieka to anyone wishing to sell a property.
One things is building & pest inspector didn't do a very good job, we are not very happy with them.
