Michael has sold two houses for our family in the last six months. His professional approach, market knowledge and communication with us while guiding through the sales process was very good. Highly recommend Michael and his team.

Thank you Michael and Andrew Harvey. We have had the pleasure of knowing Michael and Andrew for many years. We have always said that if we were ever to sell our house we would only use the Harvey Team, knowing how professional and honest they are. Two very lovely gentleman that went way and above to achieve a great outcome for us. We would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. It was very satisfying to have constant feedback on every aspect of the sale.

We had a great experience dealing with the team, Andrew and Michael were very supportive, they helped us through situations that we were unfamiliar with, having sold our last home 24yrs ago. We would have no doubts in recommending them to anyone in the selling or buying market.

The Harvey team did a fantastic job selling our home off the market. We required a long settlement, and they delivered along with a great price. Simply the best.

Very happy with the professional service received from Team Harvey, Michael and Andrew, with the sale of my Runaway Bay house. They both kept me fully informed throughout the process, via phone calls and emails, and the occasional face to face review. Their extensive market knowledge was demonstrated at our initial house appraisal meeting and again confirmed when the sale contract was signed in the predicted price range. They also liaised with solicitors in a timely and productive manner, while their excellent back office support ensured everything, particularly presale and contractural documentation, flowed smoothly. Thank you!

Michael has a very approachable demeanor which makes him a hit with buyers from all backgrounds and ages. Always punctual, calls after every inspection and open home. Would highly recommend using Michael and Andrew Harvey. We sold within 3 weeks on the market at a great price.

Thank you Michael and Team Harvey! What a great job in selling our property without the stress! Great marketing and skills and would highly recommend Team Harvey if you want the job done right with results.

if i sold this property I would definitely use this agent again he was very helpful and professional.

We have dealt with Michael and Andrew before, so when it came to selling our home we have been in for 13 years, there was no other choice for us. At all times we believed Micheal and Andrew were working for us, not much more you can ask of your agent. They were efficient, contactable, and always gave their opinion when asked for. This decision for us was probably the most important we have made, it will set us up for the future. We thank them both for there advise and giving us alternatives and options to allow us to make that final decision, sell or not to sell. We sold!!!, thank you guys

Michael comes highly recommended. I’ve had a wonderful, stress free experience & it’s been a pleasure to work with such a nice, easy going, open team. Michael: Thank you! You come highly recommended from my recent experience.

Michael exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the sales campaign. He was extremely knowledgeable, very approachable and professional throughout the entire process of selling the property. Michael kept me informed at all times and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Michael and his father Andrew to prospective sellers.

We have had a great experience with Michael very helpful and excellent communication with absolutely everything. Could not recommend him or Andrew enough such nice agents to deal with, which made this whole process of selling our home so much smoother and less stressful.
