We have now bought once and sold twice with Coco over the past few years and find Coco to be very professional and always available for her clients. She listens and takes on board what the client wants, is not pushy and is extremely organised despite being so busy. Thanks Coco.

Coco is an easy to communicate and friendly realestate professional, she works very efficiently and reliable, their team knows quite well local knowledge, it is a real Area Specialist as they named. Well done, thanks to you all for big help regarding sale my home . Everyone should use AREA Specialists Very good service 👏

Coco is just being brilliant. This is the 3rd property transaction in our family (including purchasing and selling) and she just simply not letting us down in any occasions. Under the current climate I understand the market is tougher than past. We had a potential buyer but fell through which was unexepected. Coco did not gave up, she used all her resouces and kept pushing, she deeply knew what her clients want and she could keep it up till the very last minute. Coco brought us the buyer on the last day we agreed for "on market period", she rang me after the very last inspection and made the deal. A very loud shout for Coco, well done!!!!

Coco Ma just new what had to be done at the right time and kept me informed. The sale ended up at a very good price also.

Very professional and available to communicate at all times, night and day

I am totally satisfied and happy with the excellent performance and great experience I've had with Coco Ma and her team. When we met for the first time I already felt that she is the one who I will trust to do business with and I was not wrong. I did not expect to get my property sold in such a short time and for a good price. I appreciated her good communication. I will surely recommend her and her team to my family and friends. I thank her again> for everything.
