Coco was always very pleasant to deal with and definitely worked hard with many follow up conversations to secure the sale which occurred 2 months after we passed in at auction. Lowering the price can't always be the option so it was very pleasing to see Coco try different selling approaches and strategies as the declining selling market and the year-end period threw up more challenges. Coco was very open and direct with her feedback which is great although it would have been nice to hear some positive comments occasionally to maintain our confidence. This was the first time we have sold a house so we have nothing to compare to; but overall the experience was very good in the end.
