Coco contacted me about the property becoming available again and was able to open up the property for inspection on the same day. Within a week I was able to secure the property, also using a conveyancer Coco was able to refer me to. Coco and her assistant Hong was able to answer all my questions pre settlement and are also helping me post settlement. It has made my experience as a first home buyer very positive and easy. I got to know Coco Ma about two years ago, at the time we weren’t thinking about selling the property, she always stayed in touch with us and earlier this year and after my youngest daughter got married we started to think seriously about selling, Coco showed us few properties and always kept her communications with us, we finally decided to put the property on the market and had no hesitation to list with Coco and her agency, we found her very helpful and always conducted herself to the highest degree of professionalism and her knowledge about the market place was always up to date with the fast moving values in the area, I have no hesitation recommending Coco Ma and I know that you will get the best service.
