Coco was so lovely to deal with and she was so helpful with preparing the sale of our home. She had all the contacts and reccomendations and allowed us to set our own budget with marketing, staging, etc., unlike many other agents we had contacted. She was very re-assuring that she would help us acheive the price we were after and even exceeded our expectations! Throughout the process, Coco was always positive and friendly to deal with. She always went out of her way to pop in and keep is updated with the progress while our property was on the market. If you want an honest and modest agent, I would highly recommend Coco!
