we both think that E Sha gave his all best efforts to sell our home. This property was different from majority of homes for sale in the area, which would have been very hard to find the right buyers with the money we expected to get . we unfortunately had to drop the asking price as the market had declined so much . How ever E Sha never gave up even though the sale contract had ended , and he persisted until he sold this home . The young man is an ASSET to Leytons real estate, and will go a long way in what ever he takes up in life . His determination to succeed will go a long way in his life. We both wish him all the very best in the future and would like to thank him during the time we knew him and , just on another note which i forgot to mention is the respect he had for the home for the open for inspection which he conducted was impeccable leaving the place very secure as we were away most of the time , also with the prior agent , Area specialists sabotaging the marketing and the errors they made with pricing would have been very difficult to sell . thank you E Sha fro everything you did for us.
