I recently purchased a property for a client from Brooke. Brooke has been excellent to deal with and was very responsive to messages, even on the weekend and after hours. Thank you so much Brooke, you're an excellent agent who had all the information I needed!
Brooke was absolutely amazing from the initial interaction to negotiations than trying to navigate getting earlier access due to a break lease. Brooke went well above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction and gave us so much confidence in a slightly unusual situation. We cannot thank Brooke enough for how amazing she was! If you’re looking to buy or sell Brooke is not to be looked past at all! Thanks so much again for all your support and help Brooke and hopefully we will purchase another property off you in the future!
From the beginning, Brooke was honest, knowledgeable and displayed utmost professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. Selling our family home was no small decision but Brooke ensured we were comfortable throughout by taking into account our situation and made the experience easy. Brooke did not give us unrealistic expectations but still exceeded them in an uncertain market bringing us multiple offers in a short time that exceeded what we thought was possible. I would highly recommend Brooke and her team to anyone considering selling or buying.

Was great getting the help from Brooke again. Professional service and always transparent with everything.
Brooke was a pleasure to deal with. Courteous, professional & most of all communication was great. Never felt left in the dark or out of touch. Would highly recommend Brooke to anyone thinking of selling their home.
Brooke recently sold my investment property. She did a great job at selling in a difficult and ever changing real estate environment.
Brooke was helpful and detailed about the house buying process. Always polite and easy to get hold of for any questions. On key hand over day, Brooke was lovely leaving goodies and a house present bow on the door. A lovely touch. We could not talk in person, as both myself and partner had covid at the time. But she made the process very easy. Glad we had Brooke as our agent.
Brooke Colledge, made the experience of buying our first property exciting and easy an easy process. Any questions we had, she answered. Brooke was happy to help us through the process of purchasing land, and went above and beyond for our family to feel excited about our new purchase.
