Brooke puts the real in real-estate, she was very honest from the start and stayed true to her deliverables. we sold quickly and had plenty of interest, a credit to the marketing and professional presentation of our online advertisement created by the team. Very happy with the process and result, would have no problem in recommending Brooke to anybody looking to test the market and looking for an honest, hardworking agent.
Highly recommended, so practical in approach, very friendly and helpful. Communicated so efficiently at every step of the process. We could not ask for any better. Brooke and your Awesome Team, you rock. Forever grateful to you.
Huge thanks to Brooke and her team under very trying circumstances to achieve the sale of our property at Cedar Grove. As Brooke is a local she was the obvious choice as she knows the area so well. With her her knowledge and friendly no nonsense manner it has been a pleasure to deal with her. The communication to advise us of what was happening was at the highest level. We will always recommend Brooke for real estate sales or buyers.
As first home buyers, we were tentative regarding Real Estate Agents. However, Brooke and her team had excellent communication and were extremely diligent with replies and appointments. The follow up, even though the sale had been complete, and to make sure our transition had gone smoothly was fantastic and showed she cared. 100% would recommend.
The experience with Brooke has been really seamless and everything went as planned. Thanks for helping on my first investment
Brooke sold the family home for us after Mum's passing. Brooke was compassionate throughout the process and was happy to spend time answering our endless questions. She was easy to deal with, very professional and overall she exceeded our expectations. Brooke also made sure everything ran smoothly on auction day. We would highly recommend Brooke and her team to anyone buying or selling a property.
Brooke and Her team from Ray White Jimboomba were great to deal with on our recent purchase, very upfront and honest conversations. Highly recommend Brooke and would look to go with her and the team for any future real estate needs, Brooke has a very warm and friendly nature and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking buy/sell real estate
Brooke goes above and beyond and prides herself in being all about her client and getting the best outcome for them and what they need. Brooke is very professional in her appearance but also communication and being able to switch from professional terms to breaking it down into “simple” terms. Brooke has behind the scenes contacts to be able to get the word out there on open homes. Brooke not only helped sell my house at auction but Brooke also guided me to be able to buy elsewhere and gave her opinion and advice so that other agents didn’t give me the run around etc.
Brooke is a credit to the Ray White brand. Brooke and her team demonstrated exceptional professionalism while dealing with some very challenging issues that arose during the sale of our rented property in Brisbane. We live in Sydney and absolutely rely on the integrity of the professionals we engage with remotely, Brooke and her team excelled in this. She and her team went above and beyond expectations and we are eternally grateful for her expertise and the advice that she gave us along the way.
We had been on the market for three months with hardly any action. Decided to run with Brooke as her knowledge about the housing market in our area was amazing. We had a great first open home, then within the third week, we needed to change our plans to act quick on another property and those plans worked! Thank you Brooke for everything!
Brooke has been an absolute breath of fresh air into our lives on what has been a long-time coming/much-needed sale of our investment property. Brooke was immensely patient with our seemingly endless questions, sensitive to our wishes, diligent in making sure everything was organised promptly and professionally, communicated with the tenants, and kept us informed on a regular basis. We all know that behind every great person is a great team, so shout out to Dimity as well. When we are ready to buy again, there will be no hesitations on who to choose. Brooke acted in our best interests in every aspect of the process and humanised what can be a stressful, overwhelming and confusing process. We cannot thank Brooke and her team enough.
