Straightforward and hassle free purchase. Recently purchased my property with Eamon Chau and Donna Chung and it was so easy. Ok folks...STOP WASTING MONEY ON COMMISSIONS, these are your people. I’m in my 40’s so have seen many agents in action before and never really been happy. My property was one of those ones where I was convinced I’d be making a massive loss so looking at commission agents filled me with absolute dread, their fees were an insane uncertain burden I couldn’t fathom. Purple Bricks exceeded EVERY expectation and were excellent at a fixed price. Eamon Chau was our handler and he went above and beyond to help us over the line, kind, personable and very professional, I had no reservations in his abilities. Andrew Leung was the auctioneer on the day and I cannot say enough great things about his authenticity and ability to get across everything we needed to the crowds - there was a crowd! We had a fantastic result and the team were just brilliant, with even a set of legal folks, Lawlab, who can manage the legal stuff for you too if you want, very cleverly streamlined and a bargain price even for those guys too. Seriously don’t waste your money on agents with commissions, we saved between $10-15k, this is so obvious, a place sells itself for smart buyers just look online and visit then they are either interested or not, and these guys are basically icing on top to help you the seller. Even if we hadn’t of sold, I would still commend them on making each step of the process very simple. Of course it helped immensely that we got a fairytale ending in our case too!
Eamon Chau (and Donna Chung) were awesome when it came to selling my property through Purple Bricks. I had an auction scheduled for the property, but I accepted a strong offer just over a week after the property was initially advertised! Eamon negotiated with the buyer on a Sunday afternoon and was professional and prompt throughout the negotiation period. By the end of the Sunday, the deal was done. Eamon and team are outstanding at what they do, just believe and go for it, its always hard to work out the world of property but this is the EASIEST decision you'll ever have. PB is a great company to use despite media & some other agents’ negativity. The agents Andrew, Chad and Eamon’ve been working hard for my year long apt in Southbank, which been slow market and lots of supplies. I would recommend PB and the agent to others! Try them out, you won’t be disappointed.
