Presentation, communication and a positive attitude: Kathleen exhibited all three traits
When we first met Kathleen, the presentation was there. We met at the office and after our meeting, my wife and I had no questions about engaging Kathleen to sell our property.
The communication from the start through to the Sale was always there. Apart from the weekly digital reports, Kathleen and I would speak on the phone very often, sometimes 2-3 times a day for updates and any issues that may have arisen, in order to address them swiftly. If the property had 10 in attendance or 0, the communication was consistent.
Every time I rang, even if Kathleen was busy I would hear back at the next available moment.
As a team Kathleen and Sydney were very positive all the way through, never displayed any negativity.
There were a few open days where there wasn’t and inspection, Kathleen would turn a negative into positive and mention that they would restructure the open days which eventually turned to a Sale.
