We were really impressed with Kathleen when she came over to appraise my Mum’s house in Eleebana. Mum had lived in the house for 30yrs, so I really appreciated the time and effort from Kathleen to bring her up to speed with the process and keep her involved. This was even more important given I was coordinating this for Mum from Perth!
