Sam and his team member Dana Cameron were extremely supportive and encouraging towards me as the sole preparer of my 5 1/2 acre property for sale. My niche property being in the beautiful rural valley of Wakefield with close proximity to Newcastle. Very few properties come up for sale in Wakefield, which made it very difficult for them to determine a price.
