Eben has a very professional and long-term growth mindset with his role in Real Estate, he has been able to clearly communicate between the Seller and myself (the buyer). When there was an issue found during the final inspection, Eben took it upon himself to resolve the issue with the Seller in a timely manner. Eben understands that relationships built with clients are much more important than simply getting a 'quick sale' and burning ties. I am happy to work with Eben in the future, I highly recommend him in the Real Estate Industry.

Absolutely dismal, unprofessional, inconsiderate, inattentive, disorganised, appalling... The buying process was an absolute nightmare and the agent's communication skills was terrible!!! Definitely find yourself another real estate company if you're selling your house. Our purchase started off well with signing the offer on the same day as the inspection, and the rest of the process was a nightmare. It was an absolute mission to make contact with Eben and making appointments (this includes our settlement agent and inspectors). One of my emails went unanswered for 9 days, I followed up and his response was that he was waiting for the seller to get back to him. I was called at 21:15 on a Sunday night to be told the final inspection was scheduled for the next day at 3pm... upon our arrival the sellers were not expecting us as all but allowed us to complete the final inspection. Settlement day was a pain as well, NO arrangements had been formally made for key handover and this was postponed about 4 times until about 8pm that night. This made the purchase process very stressful. Definitely find yourself a different agent if you're selling your property.
