Clear and open communication

Eben has a very professional and long-term growth mindset with his role in Real Estate, he has been able to clearly communicate between the Seller and myself (the buyer). When there was an issue found during the final inspection, Eben took it upon himself to resolve the issue with the Seller in a timely manner. Eben understands that relationships built with clients are much more important than simply getting a 'quick sale' and burning ties.
