Once I decided to purchase a property, I then had to discover the steps I needed to take. There was the need for a bank loan, then a solicitor was required, and finally all the requirements of the vendor had to be met. All of this was a little daunting and rather confusing at times, particularly the jargon, especially the legal language. Ebony was excellent at explaining everything to me, and was genuinely interested and patient to go over things that I had forgotten or not quite fully understood. At every step of the process, I felt welcome and comfortable to reach out to ask my questions, and I was frequently contacted to be advised of progress and general inquiry to see how I was going and if I had any questions that may have arisen since previous discussion.
