Ebony was always quick to respond and get things moving. Usually she would answer he mobile and if unable would call back within an hour. Also quick responses to emails. But the standout was her kindness she showed our kids when viewing houses and in particular the one we purchased as she made special arrangements for the kids to come see the house and again to let them put the sold sticker on.
