Having initially listed our home with another agent we were left disappointed by the amount of potential buyers making offers but then slipping through their fingers and the lack of communication. At the end of their 90 day exclusive contract we changed to Ed and what a breath of fresh air that was. Ed had his work cut out for him as we were no longer a new listing and had already begun to go stale on the market but that didn’t seem to matter. Ed’s enthusiasm and drive brought more people through our house and multiple offers.
