Following a great sales pitch in regards to the importance of paying for the service that gets our property in the Real Estate Guide, Ed decided to have the open homes prior to the publishing of the guide. When I asked him the logic behind this, I received no reply. A week passes and word gets to me that an offer has been made. Again, I reach out to Ed for some confirmation. Again, no reply. If you want transparency when selling your home - do not use this agent. If respectable communication is something you value - do not use this agent. Additionally, Ed was able to hide his Facebook reviews from potential clients. So, in addition to the above, if you value honesty and integrity in the slightest - do not use this agent.
