No stress high satisfaction house sale

Everyone tells you that buying and selling property is one of the most stressful things you can do but that was not our experience. From the day we met Ed (after he sold a neighbours property for an unbelievable price) to the day the sale went unconditional, we felt calm and confident that Ed would achieve the price we wanted. His relaxed manner was paired with absolute professionalism and evoked trust from all parties to achieve a result that everyone was happy with. Ed was very clear from the start that selling your house v getting the best possible price for your house are different outcomes and all his recommendations were based around achieving the maximum price, not just a sale. Very happy with Ed - would recommend him for high end properties and would definately work with him again.
