Class, professionalism, and approachable

It had been a few years since I'd sold a property, and this was my first foray into selling in the Hobart market, but Edward's explanation of the process gave me nothing but confidence. All my questions were answered clearly, and the sale campaign he proposed felt effective and appropriate. His professionalism was evident, but just as important, his enthusiasm gave me a sense of excitement. Having seen a number of successful sales under the EIS banner, they were the first (and only) agency I considered. My perception of EIS is that of a stylish agency that doesn't trade on an inflated sense of self-importance or on being 'trendy'. I see them as having class, professionalism, and being approachable. Communication was exceptional throughout the campaign. Edward was always available to answer quick questions at odd times, kept me fully informed of every step of the process, and came to me to discuss the offers and contracts. Edward was also comfortable expressing his recommendations and advice, while taking on board my preferences and suggestions. We had a partnership throughout the campaign. Without hesitation I would recommend Edward. From initial contact to the end of the process, I felt comfortable and confident. He achieved a wonderful result, made the process easy, and his genuine delight in his work was always evident.
