We were approached by Ed Mooney from Century 21 Radar Properties in early 2016 about selling our home. At the time we thought the market on the Upper North Shore had softened, so we were a little skeptical that Ed could obtain a good sale price, however Ed was confident, so we signed an exclusive 3 month agreement. Within 24 hours Ed had organised all the marketing material, liaised with our conveyancer and had prospects inspecting our home. Right from the start, Ed together with his colleague Peter Brack were on the job and working diligently on marketing our property. During this time Ed worked tirelessly and kept us up to date with developments throughout the process, often taking our phone calls late into the night. In just over 6 weeks, Ed sold our property for what we believe to be a premium price, so we were overjoyed with the result - we really thought that the sale price was outstanding given that the market had slowed quite a lot.
