Ed was there to support us as buyers every step of the way. He genuinely felt like he honoured both the sellers and us as buyers. He and his office provided attentive communication and were very happy to assist us as buyers throughout the negotiations. As first home buyers we had a lot of questions and it really made a difference to feel like we could ask without being an annoyance. He was flexible with time and happy to meet us in person for multiple inspections or to discuss our requests. Overall a real joy to deal Ed and his team.
