I enlisted Joshua to sell my house after being impressed by his handling of the sale of my sister's house. Joshua had a good understanding of the environment and the potential outcome of the auction. He suggested dates for marketing, open houses and auction and locked them in once I agreed to the schedule. He kept me informed at all times.
