The process was very quick. My property went on the market just a few days before the lock downs began in Sydney. My property was a well presented, tastefully renovated top floor two bedroom UNIT which was well lit with a car space. I had an offer on the first open day which was $15,000 over the market value and a record for the block. The unit was sold. Joshua was able to help with locating a conveyancer for my new property as I was unhappy with the my previous conveyancer. Overall, I was able to obtain what I was looking for in a competitive market with a little extra thanks to Joshua and his team who were professional and were a pleasure to deal with during what can sometimes be a stressful time when you are buying and selling your property

I normally do not write a review. This is an exceptional case. I want to write this review because I want any potential vendors out there in Bankstown-Canterbury area to have the best service that I had with him.
