The minute we met Eddie he was warm and approachable, very knowledgeable about the property and area. I found dealing with Eddie throughout the entire process absolutely seamless, he was always at the end of the phone to help and he followed up as and when he needed to. After my elderly aunt entered residential aged care we knew we would eventually have to sell her home for her. I kept putting it off, knowing I would have to deal with a real estate agent and not looking forward to it. Eddie Brown was recommended to me by several (independent) people - so I gave him a call. He met us at my aunt's place and immediately put us at ease. There was no hard sell, he is a matter-of-fact guy and gave us a thorough run-through of what to expect from the sales process as well as a very reasonable fixed commission rate. That was just the beginning though. We had estimated (from other similar properties around my aunt's neighbourhood) what we thought her house would be worth. Eddie said our estimate was about 15% too low and set the price range on the marketing material accordingly. He handled everything with the utmost professionalism - called with updates regularly and, the icing on the cake, managed to secure a buyer who offered to buy the property for a price significantly higher than the top price we'd been expecting. He also recommended a superb conveyancing firm, who have been similarly great to work with. Eddie took a lot of the worry out of a difficult time for us and I recommend him highly. Thanks Eddie.
