Our experience with Eddie was a bit different as it was really Rihana who sold the house for us. Eddie did the initial appraisal and we were really impressed with his approach - he really listened and understood our situation, took the time to explain the options and approach as part of a comprehensive presentation. Our situation meant it was a while between the appraisal and us selecting an agent, during this time Eddie read the situation well and stayed connected just the right amount. When listing time came Eddie just started leave so Rihana stepped in beautifully and managed everything from listing through to sale and contract finalisation. This was the first time we had sold a property and Rihana guided us throughout, we had a contract within the first week though it was subject to sale of another property so it took a while to settle. Again Rihana provided the right amount of communication keeping us informed along the way. Always friendly, responsive and understanding, our experience with Rihana and Eddie has helped us through the challenging process of selling the family home after 55 years. Thanks to you both🙂
