Here’s a review of a sceptic whom changed his view. I compared two agent, one local vs one whom I had experience with from a different suburb. My comfort was someone whom I knew had a proven sales record vs someone whom I did not know. My partner’s view was for someone whom had local experience and potentially a database of client.
