Sold under expectations , could be market could be other reason , Eddie and his team done their best but unfortunately still fall blow expected price , was more confident as start in regarding price but could not reach , but yes no doubt they have very good job and been very kind and supportive throughout, its not all about realestate some time timing and sudden fluctuations could bring things up and down unexpectedly , so need to consider lots thing when you decide to sell and buy property
