When it came time to sell my Willetton unit I advertised the fact I was interested in selling and was consequently inundated with offers of appraisal. To avoid confusion and make my decision to choose an agent easier I decided 3 appraisals was enough and picked three semi local agents (At this stage Eddy was number 5 on the list) Eddy kept asking for the opportunity to give me an appraisal on the property, and I kept telling him I am only looking for 3. I had the 3 appraisals done and was thinking about appointing a selling agent when I got another call from Eddy, I thought to myself "here is persistence, this chap is really keen and worth giving the opportunity" so I agreed to an appraisal. I was impressed with Eddy's enthusiasm and competitiveness and so decided he would be the person most likely to get the best results for me, even though he had less experience than some of the other agents. In an uncertain market with unpredictable interest rates Eddy achieved a good result for all parties involved. The property was tenanted at the time of sale which added its own complications dealing with a rather uncooperative tenant presented Eddy with some additional challenges, which he overcame without too much frustration. Eddy has a pleasant disposition making communication for all involved parties easier and will always return your call in a timely manner.
