We were going to put our home on the market in more than a years time after we had done replacement and repairs of the house that we had rented for more than 30 years. To that end, around january 2022 we informed a few agents in the areas adjoining we were going to sell in 2023 february-march. We had a few responses from agents one of which was Eddie that showed keen interest every few months that he would like to help us market and sell the house. So when we decided Geoffrey met Eddy at the property, he was enthusiastic and motivated and one other agent. Eddy gave us an appraisal the next day and the other agent took 2 weeks. So was chosen. He was always eager to solve any problems that arose and gave advice on how we should present the house for sale. He introduced a furniture stylist to put in furniture to match the surrounding ambience and that was one of the selling points in presentation. He was readily available on the phone and he would ring back within 10 minutes to answer our queries if he could not be contacted at any time. He explained our contract in depth and waived the auctioneer few for the sale. At any time he would follow our instructions and moderate them if he felt that it would disadvantage the sale. He was always presentable in suit and tie very professional in his appearance. After the house was sold at auction he remained in close contact advising us of our obligations in attending to the legal requirements of the sale. As we had already left to holiday in Broome he would accompany the buyer through the house to ensure that our matters were attended to. In the end, when there was a complaint from the buyer about the house not being kept clean enough, he personally went and vacuumed the house for the final inspection before settlement. We believed he personally went the extra mile which is not the usual response we've had from agents after selling our homes in Geelong and Townsville. Thank you Eddie
